How do you ensure the bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly reinforced cardboard packaging that has been rigorously drop-tested to ensure your alcohol-free beers, wines, and spirits arrive in perfect condition.
Is there any alcohol at all in 'alcohol-free' drinks?
Most of our products are 0.0% or 0.5% ABV. Under UK law, drinks up to 0.5% are considered alcohol-free as they contain similar trace amounts of alcohol as a ripe banana or a slice of bread.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
We offer standard delivery within 2-3 working days and next-day delivery options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
What is your return policy if I don't like the taste?
While we cannot accept returns for opened bottles due to food safety regulations, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
